Patient Testimonials
Here are a few experiences shared by individuals and families who have visited Ottawa Dental Care.
We had such a great experience with this dentist. They were incredibly patient and kind with my daughter, even though she was scared. They took their time, explained every step clearly to her, and really made her feel safe and comfortable. As a parent, that meant everything to me. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have bad anxiety and hate going to the dentist, so I was really nervous coming here, but the entire team made me feel super comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and both the dentist and hygienist were kind, patient, and caring. When a clinic takes the time to make you feel at ease, it makes such a difference. I really appreciated the level of care and would definitely recommend them :)

Frequently Asked Questions
Below are answers to some common questions patients have about dental visits, treatments, and oral health. If you have additional questions, our team is always happy to help.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
Yes. Ottawa Dental Care accepts the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP). Our team can help review your eligibility and explain how the plan applies to your treatments. We recommend contacting the clinic before your appointment so we can guide you through coverage details.
How often should I visit the dentist for a cleaning?
Most patients benefit from dental exams and cleanings every six months to maintain healthy teeth and gums. However, some patients may require more frequent visits depending on their oral health needs and personal risk factors for gum disease.
What should I do if I have a dental emergency?
If you are experiencing severe tooth pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or any dental trauma, contact our clinic as soon as possible. Prompt care helps relieve discomfort and prevents further complications, allowing our team to diagnose and treat the problem quickly.
Is Invisalign® a good option for straightening teeth?
Invisalign clear aligners are a popular orthodontic treatment designed to gradually move teeth into better alignment. They are removable, discreet, and comfortable for many patients. A consultation can help determine if Invisalign is suitable for your needs.
What can I expect during my first dental visit?
During your first visit, our team will review your dental history, perform a thorough exam, and may take digital scans or images if needed. We will discuss your oral health, answer questions, and explain recommended treatments to help you maintain a healthy smile.
